The acquisition of MANTL changed the ability for long time Alkamists to get promotions. Teams were changed, and higher level roles were given to MANTL team members, without allowing Alkamists to even interview. The culture has changed so much as well, with more "we do this better than you."

I like my experience overall here. I have been at much worse places prior to this. That being said, the culture has shifted a lot in the last year. I think we are getting ready to be acquired and I'm just hoping it is by a good company that doesn't do major layoffs. Overall, I am happy here.

I am unsure if this is referring to the leadership team of my specific team in the org or the company leadership team. In general, the C-level leader of my org is great. I am unsure of the new leadership C-level team that has been put in place and the culture it is bringing to the company.

I like the extra benefits we get like ClassPass and the Calm app. Unlimited PTO is nice. I would appreciate a routine therapy option being added that goes beyond "emergency sessions". I am always willing to put in the extra mile, but these benefits would help make me feel like Alkami reinvests in me
