I truly love Alkami, even as we have grown and evolved I'm excited for it. I do worry about budget constraints that impact our teams and our ability to do our jobs. The people, culture, and work life balance are what truly make Alkami one of the best places to work.

The acquisition of MANTL changed the ability for long time Alkamists to get promotions. Teams were changed, and higher level roles were given to MANTL team members, without allowing Alkamists to even interview. The culture has changed so much as well, with more "we do this better than you."

Money, but besides that I appreciate the Calm membership, I would enjoy different options instead of Class Pass but it's still a nice perk. Unlimited PTO is also great!
