Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work we do is a pretty hefty lift, and I know some of our other counterparts get compensated more with maybe slightly less output. Furthermore, I don't believe our team gets the recognition we deserve for the ARR/MRR that is produced.

I have been with the ACH Alert Implementation team longer than anyone else in the team, not to mention I have trained every single employee including my supervisor on the team. Yet my title is the same as everyone else with no room for advancement and my pay has been lower than most of the team.

I know I'm underpaid in my role. I make significant contributions and am viewed as an overachiever in comparison to my peers. I am often seen as expendable, not special, and have been told so directly by key leaders.

Making clients successful requires a lot dedication and overtime. A pay raise or bonus for those that clearly go above and beyond would be nice.

We are open, close, always willing to help each other out

We sell what we don't have, then claim the problem is with delivery. We masquerade as a product company, but we are writing one-offs

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everyone is burnt out and exhausted and there are no possibilities of staff add that are needed. It feels like the customer doesn't really feel like our north star when their teams are completely over capacity and over-extended.

Work is very difficult and fast paced with nearly no downtime to do anything other than attempt to resolve FI issues. Only leadership can figure that out.
