This has been my longest time spent at a company, I am really hoping that the end game is worth it. Overall, I am pretty happy but there are things that really do need to change, not just talk and not just for our customers, the employees are what make us successful, show it more.

The leadership team does a good job working on individual parts of the company, however when thinking of the entire company, they need to look beyond online banking and be inclusive of AoS.

Too many changes that may create short impact but don't overall better the ability to service our customers or create a better more collaborative environment where we can succeed at the highest level. Lower leadership choices - who is leading the teams at time is questionable.

CXG leadership needs to get better at scoping how much and what is assigned to their team members. The team is completely drowning, and there seems to be very little concern or plans to help alleviate this issue. They should also get better at incentivizing their team.

Remove individuals from the organization who do not align with Alkami long-term goals, and are creating obstacles to be successful. Do not allow key leaders to prioritize politics over client outcomes. Prioritize reduction of tech debt and create a center of excellence of tools.

The compensation package is decent, however since Alkami is focused on the Remote Work environment, they also need to ensure that benefits (E.g. Metlife) has good options in more rural areas, as the options available in my location are not valuable and I am considered out of network a lot of times.

To be promoted to a much higher title and only receive more work with a $0 pay increase would make anyone feel undervalued and taken advantage of. A pay raise, a bonus plan, a spot bonus, etc should've been given with the title change and additional work assigned.

We collaborate really well, no one is left hanging, if help is required it is provided, all one must do is ask and there are plenty of opportunities to do so via daily huddles or weekly triage meetings.

There are too many duplicated efforts to accomplish a single task. We should streamline as much as possible. There are too many applications we use to manage our work. We should consolidate to 1 or 2 applications and use the application's full product offering. People should be paid when promoted.

There is a lot of disconnect between Product, Dev and Implementations, which I'm sure makes Support difficult. Perhaps Product and Dev could get some middle people to do internal feature reviews, efficient QA and definitely tech writing.

Everyone is burnt out and exhausted and there are no possibilities of staff add that are needed. It feels like the customer doesn't really feel like our north star when their teams are completely over capacity and over-extended.
