While the company is not as nearly as diverse as I want to see it, the leadership is trying. They just sometimes seem distant and not as connected to their base as they could be.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company culture tries to be engaging but there are too many cliques to make it entirely a great place to work. The silos can make things harder at times, but overall people try to get along. I'm just tired of the corner-grabbing, where they have to protect "their interests". Same as everywhere.
