What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is ok but actually lower than my previous Company.

The total rewards package is very competitive. I do consider the remote first environment to be a critical component of the Alkami benefits.

In the yearly review the entire leadership team was told they could only score employees at level- not above- capping bonuses and hurting any documentation process that might be reviewed for promotion. Most people at this company do the job roles of several people and are paid mid-market for it.

Our team has promotes a communicative environment. Open communication means that all ideas can and are expected to be heard. This allows us to weigh all options. Especially as challenges become nuanced this becomes all the more important to capture all appropriate action items for a path forward.

The compensation is fair and the fully remote is nice. The amount of workload that is put on a few individuals leads to being overwhelmed/burnt out. There has been multiple turnovers in finance and partner teams.

It was very organized and structured as was the on-boarding process through our payroll system. I knew exactly what to do and where to go on my first day and everything went smoothly with a very well planned first day!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our ELT has made too many changes too fast to our ELT and upper leadership with what seems like no appreciation of what has enabled us to get to this point as a Company. Our ELT is underqualified and not focused on the right areas and they don't consistently represent our Company values.

multiple times an entire department left under one director. that person is still here, no one in leadership has ever investigated this. NOT A SINGLE QUESTION. Everything needs fixing. But it wont, because they are shit, and this survey, that is paid for, wont say a single negative thing
