What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone is overwhelmed/overworked and it feels like there is tension between teams. Everyone is walking on eggshells.
What makes you most happy at work?
My day is never the same, but this is my experience only with what I have been tasked in doing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The RSUs in addition to the annual merit increase and bonus are pretty good. Also, the company is remote first which is an added benefit.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The compensation is fair and the fully remote is nice. The amount of workload that is put on a few individuals leads to being overwhelmed/burnt out. There has been multiple turnovers in finance and partner teams.
