Was very strong when the company was smaller; more traditional managers have joined that have made upwards communication more challenging. Territorial-ness needs to reduce and company needs to get better at execution of cross functional projects as low hanging fruits seem to be maxed out

1, people very territorial about some projects (ex: merchant videos) 2, a lot more talk and not as much action on marketplace and consumer pm teams 3, data driven approach and product / technical guidance from leadership unclear. Bottoms up approach requires strong IC employees
