The executive team can inspire, motivate, simplify complex messages, and seem relatable. The director and senior management level are the heartbeat of the company and bridge the legacy employees with the new alkamists that have rapidly joined the company as a result of incredible growth.

The SLT prevents progress. They are either 1) legacy Alkamists who were promoted when the company was small and do not have scalable leadership skills or 2) newly brought in by an executive with no industry knowledge and assume they can make decisions like we are a typical SaaS company.
