Executive team can actually be available for questions on why they decided to permanently deactivate us. They lie for their reason for doing so.
I got deactivated for failing to maintain my rating. Absolutely ridiculous! My rating is a 4.9, and it is expected to stay at 4.7. So, the team made a HUGE mistake and will REFUSE to answer any questions. All I can say is good luck to them to find shoppers to take 11-midnight orders.
