What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They could start with actually listening and responding appropriately to shopper concerns. Specifically the new non transparent pay scale which is absolutely a pay cut. Stop lying!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Shoppers have unequivocally been given a strong message they are not valued. To insinuate that shoppers asked for this pay cut is ludicrous. A fair and transparent pay scale is what is necessary.

going back to our old V1 pay...being transparent is fair, playing this very dangerous game they are playing with the shoppers is going to back fire...our customers are figuring out what shipt is up to and even they are not happy.

Honestly- "customers" i.e. members are being clued into what's going on and how shoppers are being treated. You will reap what you have sown. You can not treat people as you have and expect a positive outcome or not to have backlash.
