What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership at Shipt allows their employees to express areas of improvement, allow the employee to find the solution & carry it through execution. They also do a great job at making decisions that benefit the company & not just personal interest.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Honestly, Shipt has the best benefit packages in Birmingham, that I have knowledge of. Also, I feel equally compensated for my level of knowledge & dedication to my job.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We don't have too many meetings as there is a lot of trust and autonomy in minor decisions. The meetings that are had normally cover a number of issues where a solution or action plan is derived at the end of the meeting.
