CarGurus: I've worked at other "best places to work." Most of the ones I've worked at that won an award tried to game the system in some way. CG doesn't. They ask us to be honest, and seem to genuinelly care about feedback. The pay may not be as high as FAANG but the culture makes up for it.
Verisys Corporation: As Aperture and Verisys came together it was bumpy in the beginning. Today the companies have blended together well and the new culture is better than what either had before the merger.
