BakeMark: My overall experience was terrible here. The top management made the worst hiring decisions and didn't have enough staff to take care of everything at any point in time. It led to stressful, exhausted, and frustrated employees who were looking for an excuse to quit!

Risepoint: Over the past 13 years, I have seen a vision grow into a reality as new universities joined and grew with AP. Most recently, I have seen leadership completely destroy the organization and further silo departments while bringing in friends to lead in an industry they do not understand.

School of Rock: Having worked for the company for 2.5+ years, I've invested a lot of my time into the company, I've worked overtime, I've come in on my days off and while the yearly raises are nice, there is little to no room to grow with the company, and they refuse to make most employees full time with benefits.

hostgator.com: Support - agents are very polite & helpful - the 2nd tier support are useless. I had an issue for 3 months now and not a single email back after the issue was escalated - despite promises. I was support manager for Memorex-Telex and if our support dept. was so inept we would have fired them by now.
The Oncology Institute: My experience here at TOI has been great I have learned a lot and I feel like I'm still learning which I love I also feel like I make a difference in patient care even if they sometimes don't see me because I'm mostly in the mixing room.

The Roomplace: Bonuses are paid out to the sales teams on a monthly basis. The commissions are tiered and the more you sell, the higher the percentage of commission and bonus you can make. There are no caps.

Hudl: Getting paid fair market price for similar positions. Wasn't aware of it until my team brought it to my attention. I do think we still get to learn a lot, since there are so many products. Undervalued - review cycles don't mean much here & manager level needs to pay attention to these.

American Homes 4 Rent: Better customer service in the Jacksonville office. You can never get in touch with anyone until they think you owe them something.
Keypath Education: Very enjoyable when I first started years ago. After the layoffs it has been complete chaos. There is no structure on training, you have to pick up everyones slack with no reward but more work, leadership is set in their ways.
AEVEX Aerospace: The company culture is fantastic and is lead by very dedicated and talented workers. The business model of always saying yes to an ever more demanding customer seems unsustainable and is only successful as long as a limited number of people are willing to work extremely hard.
Wingstop Restaurants Inc.: Its been good for now
Hibob: Sales department is a revolving door. Repeated hirings and firings with no actual plans for growth or internal mobility.

Worldstrides: Publicly, embarrassing employees should not be tolerated in any capacity. Operating off of a public grading system while simultaneously not allowing us to discuss our pay within other coworkers is illegal in so many ways.

American University: The most toxic place I have ever worked. All levels of leadership--from Burwell to deans to chairs to HR--lack competance. Staff are fearful. Managers are hostile. There is a culture of retaliation. Many units are not in compliance with university guidelines, those thst exist anyway.
Boys & Girls Clubs: Boys and Girls club experience can vary between locations. I believe the Neelyville site has the best attributes. The site is mostly handled by Higher-ups at the Poplarbluff site.
