RedShelf: Overall I love RedShelf, but I feel like there are some serious problems that we as a company need to deal with internally. I am committed to being part of the solution, but the first step there is to acknowledge that we have big problems.
Canidium: The work is really fun and the leadership team within my department is great! The company has a lot of changes to make to keep up with the market average when it comes to benefits. It's great to work from home, but other companies are now offering work from home, but with quality benefits.
Canidium: Canidium has a strong and welcoming culture dedicated to training, transparency and work life balance. I enjoy working with real people in an organization that shuns silos, celebrates individuals, and gives team members the tools to succeed.

Canidium: What it is today is not what it was when I started, and happiness at work depends largely on what project you are on. The company has stepped up its efforts to keep employees happy. Pay is good, benefits are just okay, training is good, work can be fun, but it can also be stressful.

Rand Technology: Overall poor experience. No T&C on the Rand website. How do they have iso certificates
JobHopin: Jobhopin helps us with a variety of qualified CVs. The Bunny AI can search and suggest suitable candidates promptly. JobHopin's staffs are incredibly supportive and professional, which makes us feel very comfortable while working with.
Olo: CS department is severly underpaid. Lower 25 percentile based on Radford data. Support staff is hourly and does not get paid a lot. CSMs are on the lower end for tech/SaaS with no salary negotiations.
IMVU: the music -friends-love the desktop version so please dont get rid of it

Convo Communications: I've been working here for almost 3 years and with the hit of the pandemic things have changed but I still would recommend this place to other peers because they DO listen to what your needs are and they ARE flexible. Things are bumpy but it is still a great place to work!
Praxair: I love what i do and i am thankful for the opportunity. The only downside is that they never promote the people that deserve it. I have a co-worker sits on his personal cell phone all day and watches tic toc videos and he is grtting a promption. I have another manager who cant do what he manages.
