Avionos: I have worked on Avionos for 6 months now. As a Java developer, I find Avionos a great company to work. The team has been very welcoming since I joying and there's a strong culture of trying to improve what we aren't doing right. I also found a company that will help me growth professionally.
Avionos: I came with too much anxiety about my work, once i start on avionos I realised that it is not necessary to be so anxious about if i'm doing well or not... Here there is not pressure at all to show wheather I should be the best now or not... I learned here i can do it on my own time.
