Checkmarx: Checkmarx does not provide support to their employees. Their HR department often tells the employees to speak up and then turn around and use it negatively instead of making a change. A lot of employees have left the company in the past 6 months and morale is very low.

LifeStorage: This company used to be awesome to work for. You were respected, listened to, and the benefits were pretty good. Since the new CEO took over its been pay cuts, the bonus was made obscenely hard to get and out of your control and staffing cut backs.

I suggest either giving employees $100 extra per month for at home expenses or eliminating the program altogether.
