IZEA: My experience thus far at IZEA has been nothing short of amazing. Ever since I started here part-time in College, I've known IZEA was the place I wanted to be. Since then, I've grown and challenged myself in multiple departments and roles. I wouldn't trade my experience here for anything.
IZEA: Pre-pandemic, I would have rated IZEA higher, however, post-pandemic showed upper mgmt's motives are not always focused on foundational support of the team, rather pushing employees toward burnout. While that has started to subside, there is a long way to go to return employee morale and rebuild.

Crisis Text Line: I loved working at Crisis Text Line when I first started. Conversations were difficult, but the supervisors were incredibly attentive and supportive. However, with current expansions internal systems of communication and conflict resolution resulted in my resignation.

Classy Llama: HSA contribution and gym reimbursement are the stars for me.
ACV Auctions: Many of the executive leaders lack the real world experience to be effective at empowering their staff. Focus seems to heavy on growing vs growing strategically. Follow up is lacking as is courtesy from leadership.
Kate Farms: I love that the company is mission driven - always wanting to help people and innovate. Leaders are compassionate, and the company provides great resources for the employees.

PageUp People: Lack of leadership at many levels has led to stale products and lack of marketing influence. Support has been the driving force for retention and referral based sales.

FlightHub: Terrible leadership. They promote big egos. Will fire you if they dont like you rather than based on performance. Overworked, underpaid and unappreciated. Human resources is useless.
FlightHub: This place harbors bullies with awful managers and directors. HR is useless. Executives are all stuck-ups and have no clue how the industry works and couldn't care less about employees. Lots of sexism, discrimination and they're constantly getting rid of good staff. No one cares anymore. To avoid!
