Divergent: It is fast-pace and people are talented. But I think leaders need to do better breaking down company goals into actionables and tie engineers together across departments. Overall I am happy with my position and am excited to be at work everyday!
Divergent: While I enjoy my work, the company's plan for growth and technical ambition seems to be at odds with an unwillingness to hire vetted and identified talent from Nov 2020 to current March 2021. If there is a justification for this delay, it is not clear to me.

BigID: There is continaul pressure to perform, but rather than a sweatshop, it is collaborative. The pace can be blinding, with product features and support systems ever-evolving. If you are skilled, productive, able to handle pressure, enjoy rewards and recognition, then this place is for you!
Prove: It's been a long time since I've felt enthusiastic about my job. Here at Prove, I actually wake up every morning looking forward to work. Yes, there are ups and downs but overall, I feel empowered to carry out my responsibilities and also help others.

Act!: Great culture in general, some negative opinions of products drags people down at times.
Prove: I've been here a long time, so that should say something! There are some improvements that would be appreciated in terms of documented growth path opportunities for employees, and knowing what's available to us in terms of training, career growth, etc., but I think we are getting there.
TeamDynamix: They are honest, transparent and supportive. Communication is highly valued and appreciated.
Who What Wear: WWW is a wonderfully welcoming and upbeat environment. Even in the busiest of times, everyone I encounter is gracious and appreciative of my contributions and time. At all times, there is such trust and independence in terms of day-to-day work that makes it really easy to be creative and productive.
Who What Wear: A couple of years ago we admittedly went through a bit of a rough patch, but now I really can't imagine a better place to work. Covid was handled so well and that's given me even more faith in the company as a whole

REVOLT MEDIA & TV: Working at Revolt was great a few years ago and now is awful. The hours and workload are overwhelming all the time. People are ignored and unacknowledged. No raises and bonuses only for management and sales. understaffed and overworked. Vacation never happens. It's a boys club.

Revenue.io: Half the day is meeting with other departments and planning and half the day is executing on work. Pretty great!
