Grindr: I have witnessed many eras come and go at Grindr in my few years here. I have learned to stay away from drama and to not trust rumors. I do my job, I look for new things to learn, new ways to contribute to the team, and I am kind to others. It has been an amazing place to work overall.
Grindr: Good enthusiasm, lagging talent. Over bureaucratic which causes it to be more painful and dull than necessary. Top heavy. Waiting to see if the org fills out, and relaxes at some point.

Sensyne Health: Sensyne Health is a rollercoaster of making good things, but not having enough people or time to do everything I'd like. It is also complex to navigate relationships with some senior staffers.

Provide a professional job package (training, feedback, progression) first, then make it a cool place.

Frequently, however, there has been a disconnect between what our data can reasonably offer to the client and what is promised in project proposals. Closer alignment of the two would improve project satisfaction and help us stay true to our values.
Sensyne Health: Overall neutral bordering on positive. Criticism: The management style is far too hierarchical for a tech company, given that tech companies rely heavily on the skills of their most junior staff. Management needs to work with technical staff instead of imposing decisions from above.

Tonkean: As a startup everything is moving fast and can be a bit chaotic, but EVERYONE is very supportive in helping out however they can. This company is on a tremendous trajectory and is a great place to be right now.

Grindr: I really enjoy my job here at Grindr, even though we've had 3 owners in 3 years I am still be able to maintain a good relationship with my sales team and have been happy here. The direct sales team is a bit of a small family, but I've always had a great boss and a great team!
Grindr: 1.5 yrs ago I felt like I was being targeted by my new management team for no reason and had to perform 2x as hard as the next person. I wasn't on a performance plan, but was asked to provide my manager with daily written accountings of everything I did that day for months. Glad that all changed.

Attivo Group: Almost wholly negative. Some colleagues are good people. The board & management is toxic. The sole goal of the firm is aggressive growth and writing fees. We receive no admin support at all and need to work all hours under the sun just to tred water. KPI & Bonus is totally unachievable
