Sensyne Health is a UK clinical AI company which accelerates the research, discovery and development of new medicines. Our mission is to improve patient care through the analysis of real-world evidence, using large databases of anonymised patient data in collaboration with health systems such as the NHS. I enjoy my work at Sensyne, but I think there are deep problems with the management team and practices. Although it is a small company, senior managers have almost no contact with ordinary employees. Projects are not prioritised. C-levels meddle in details rather than give vision or strategy.
