What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Defining more clear directions for the company and communicating that to the team. Stop trying to do everything at the same time and focus on a few good quality products

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are good and wide spread, although I've yet to work out fully how to use them. Plus, lockdown has put a dampener on my plans to get back to the gym. I do wonder if they benefit the higher paid employees more though

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No prospects of career progression, regular salary reviews, investing on people that are in the company to grow internally

It's great to work with a company that, on the whole, has very knowledgeable and competent employees

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A hard one to answer as I've never been to HQ, but I do like that everyone seems lovely and, on the most part, approachable

I enjoy a day with enough in my schedule to keep me busy so the time goes quicker and I enjoy the freedom to be creative
