What do you like best about the leadership team?
Outside of my manager I don't really know them outside of company wide calls. I don't have much of an opinion on them.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have changed role since starting at Sensyne to one that matches my skillset and abilities more accurately, but my compensation has not changed to reflect the change in responsibility and the value my skillset can produce.

The expectations and role requirements at the company have changed considerably, but conversations around additional compensation for expanded workloads are not regular enough.

Firstly i feel i should be paid fairly and in line with other such employees on my same level. Often feel a lack of respect from senior leadership with simple things like communication.

My team is very critical, which is very good! In such environment one gets to learn how to become a perfectionist.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's hard to say when working remotely

Before excalibur we had a good amount of social and personal development time within our sprints to allow time to get to know our colleagues and learn new skills

I am fairly new hear and from what I have seen is that everyone is welcoming and not afraid to talk to you as well as being approachable. Everybody seems like they want to do well in the company and believe in what Sensyne health are trying to achieve.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The project I'm on has been running full on for months. People have left and new people joining on aren't getting the support I got when I joined. It's always feeling rushed and we've been skipping on retrospectives so the feedback loop to improve our processes doesn't exist
