Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued at times especially when reviewing my salary in comparison to what others in my team who have a comparable skill set and / or level receive. A fairer salary reflective of the value I put into the organisation would make me feel better about my compensation.

I do not think that I am undervalued in a sense when I communicate with my team members or managers/leadership, but it would be good to see other signs of recognising my commitment, contributions and work, through promotions and salary increase. Like many others, we see regularly recognised.
