What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am starting to see more leadership involvement in critical workshops/meetings like the All hands and the values and behaviours sessions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Supportive, personable, funny, smart, help establish ideas/concepts, can speak fairly frankly with each other which helps with transparency when we're faced with challenging issues
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that im making an overall difference irrespective of the challenges. I have not felt like this in previous places I have worked in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued at times especially when reviewing my salary in comparison to what others in my team who have a comparable skill set and / or level receive. A fairer salary reflective of the value I put into the organisation would make me feel better about my compensation.
