Sensyne Health is a UK clinical AI company which accelerates the research, discovery and development of new medicines. Our mission is to improve patient care through the analysis of real-world evidence, using large databases of anonymised patient data in collaboration with health systems such as the NHS. Our two divisions – Life Sciences and Healthcare - work jointly towards connecting patients, clinicians and researchers to help healthcare professionals deliver better patient care, while curating vital data to support the next generation of medical research.
In healthcare, Sensyne delivers remote patient monitoring and real time decision making systems for healthcare organisations and their patients. I have grown so much in my time at Sensyne from the responsibilities I have undertaken and the respect and trust I have been given to do my job. Working at Sensyne is so naturally progressive, the company grows rapidly and as employees you grow too. I've also made some really good friends!

I have developed a lot in my time here because of the responsibility I have been given and the trust put in me to do my job properly and do it well. It's been crazy at times, but that is expected from a company this young growing at this scale. I have always enjoyed my time here and continue to.

Friendly, collaborative, always happy to help each other. We all have high workloads and sympathise when you have different priorities

Share options. Although the share price has increased massively since I joined and I am still yet to receive any information on them

They are highly intelligent and well respected experts in their individual fields. They are truly passionate about healthcare with a good business focus and naturally care about their employees.

We have some of the most intelligent, creative, innovative minds working towards the same goal; improving healthcare. Sensyne attracts a certain personality and that's a friendly, dedicated and passionate, sometimes quirky, individual with a great sense of humour.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is exciting. The work is truly meaningful and the potential of the company is astounding. The people are amazing to work with, truly inspiring, intelligent and genuinely really lovely. I am proud to say I work here.

You get given responsibility and are trusted to do your job and work autonomously. But at the same time it's incredibly collaborative and there are great people around you to support you and to learn from. The best of both worlds!
