The best parts are flexible working, private health insurance and shares. However, I still haven't received my shares and I have been with the company for several months. It would be nice to have more information and transparency about when the benefits will actually be given to employees.

I joined sensyne because I prioritised the mission over the size of compensation - but at the same time it would be great to have the salary reflect the current market standards
Better transparency and fair assessment can help
New members of the team have entered with far less experience but higher salaries. Promotions came along which are brilliant, but they took far too long to be implemented.
I'm not getting market rate
Slightly lower salary compared to similar roles in rival companies
My teammates: a) always strive to deliver above and beyond what's needed b) their attitude toward excellence and perfectionism is infectious and I love this about them so much.

very open, very international, constructive feedback, a lot of support
pushing boundaries to create unique solutions with unique access to data.
There is very little hierarchy and I have so far been able approach almost anyone with a question, regardless of position! +1

Accomplishing difficult tasks and delivering to our customers. Also nurturing and helping more junior employees and new starters.

Benefits system is a failure. Share plan gives everyone the same amount no matter how hard they work - no encouragement for extra effort. Company does not reward people going extra mile so they leave. There is an expectation of working extra hours/weekends but no extra reward for it.
Extremely fast paced, sometimes hard to find time to breathe. Some uncertainty/lack of clarity over tasks/projects coming up. Sometimes management can get stressed and that can percolate down and make me feel anxious/nervous about starting work sometimes.
