Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More transparency on pay brackets for roles.
It was difficult to get adjusted as a new starter. Everyone seems to be "too busy" to guide us
What are some of the best things about your team?
Open with ongoing activities within the team and happy to train and teach
Positive environment - working together and supporting each other
They are supportive and accommodating. I know I am supported in my work and encouraged to take new challenges. I feel I can ask for help without feeling like I am burdening or hindering their work.

Micromanaging traits need to be decreased

Being able to approach others for help without feeling pressure

Despite being a remote working company, it doesn't not feel lie that. I enjoy my interactions with everyone in the company, especially my team. I still feel like I am part of team, who are there to help and support me when I need it.

Being challenged and pushing myself and developing my career.
My team and line manager are great and work is flexible
never a boring day and the feeling of achievement
Knowledge sharing. Each day something new :-)
Knowing the work I am doing is impacting someone's life. The work I do can save someone's life - and that's something that makes me happy everyday.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many meetings preventing time for focused work causing work/life imbalance.
A lot of company created stress and some confusion on what is the priority
