Devising and executing consistent strategy without priorities/decisions changing on a frequent basis (e.g. deciding to sunset various products in February, followed by essentially reversing that decision in March) Committing to regular appraisals and reviews of every employee

I believe that my current role's market value is higher than my current compensation package.

Since I joined the company (14 months) I have not been reviewed. At the same time I have been given more and more responsibilities and the projects worked on are always high paced with tight deadlines. I would feel better knowing if there is a review policy in place and when will it take place.

An incredible mix of highly competent people, motivated to help patients and clinicians through software.

The will to do good and stick with ethically promising products, even when some don't make huge amounts of money.

We encourage each other to experiment with different solutions to problems despite resistance from leadership. This invariably results in better solutions and a more positive culture so I wish leadership were more adoptive of this approach.
