In healthcare, Sensyne delivers remote patient monitoring and real time decision making systems for healthcare organisations and their patients. Sensyne Health is a rollercoaster of making good things, but not having enough people or time to do everything I'd like. It is also complex to navigate relationships with some senior staffers.

An incredible mix of highly competent people, motivated to help patients and clinicians through software.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that my current role's market value is higher than my current compensation package.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The will to do good and stick with ethically promising products, even when some don't make huge amounts of money.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Two things: the team is able to respond quickly to new opportunities, and the team has a strong ethical stance on data privacy.
