It was mind boggling to watch. Operations is ran by a dictator who uses people and has little respect for work life balance.

There are sometimes issues regarding confusion of roles/responsibilities, leading to tasks not going through proper channels and lack of communication with team leads. Work/life balance was an issue -- and sometimes still can be -- but this has improved.

GR0: I'm still relatively new to the agency experience, but from what I gather, none of my more experienced coworkers have ever seen an agency scale this quickly with clients as high-profile as ours.
Harvest: CEO is out of his depth and does not care about his employees. The company has stopped growing and he doesn't know how to fix it, so he blames everyone else. Abrasive and condescending leadership team. Co-workers and managers not in leadership roles are wonderful and talented humans.

The company culture should be a model company culture for other companies out there-- The people at this company are so passionate about what they do on a daily basis no matter what challenges gets thrown their way. GR0: Overall GR0 is better than most agencies. Client load can be a little hectic which may lead to a higher churn. The remote culture is unmatchable. Most days are great, but there are long days a few times a week. Continue to prioritize balance, otherwise, the culture will change.

CrownPeak: Horrible experience. We've had fresh talent start and quit within two weeks. I miss our competitive past where we worked so well as a team. This was back in 2017-2018 though. The place is now like a Chinese Gulag where you must wash the feet of your manager. Chu on that!
CrownPeak: It was great in 2016 to 2018 timeline. We were on a fast track to success and integration of DQM and DGM into our DXM product. Unfortunately, the entire exec team was axed and very poor management was installed over the engineering department. Talent exodus followed. Never the same. Chu on that!
Big Viking Games: They all have high credentials
CrownPeak: Great time at Crownpeak when it moved to Denver! We worked extremely hard improving and polishing an antiquated CMS. Literally the thing was born in the late 1990s. DXM probably still uses VBScript! The current management hates anybody with a brain. Chu on that!
Virtana: Our CEO believes leadership is a service to employees and customers. This is fast changing our work environment to be positive.
Drinks: My overall experience was very positive. Working at Drinks not only helped me to improve essential skills but it also allowed me to make lifelong friends along the way.

Spokeo: The best part of working at Spokeo is that people are not afraid to change directions, though that can be a negative at times. Spokeo listens to the voice of their workers. The amount of data, and size of their infrastructure, provide a challenge in execution, accuracy and speed of delivery.

RKON Technologies: I've only worked at RKON for a few months, but have had a very positive experience so far. Company culture is warm and friendly. Higher management is supportive and available.

Now we have focused so much on cutting jobs that I worry when the next cut comes, we are now understaffed, overworked, causing very high stress and extra hours everyday is expected.
Loup Logistics: Positive but overloaded with work. It is easy to see our mission and values and our team is great, but many of us need help.

CivicActions: Love my coworkers, but am severely burnt out & bitter at the Ops team for their atrocious mismanagement - they have no clue how to manage project finances. Tons of people are leaving. Certain departments are grossly understaffed, certain demographics very underpaid. Chronic burnout with no reprieve.
