I like my current role & coworkers, but there are little to no opportunities for advancement beyond Manager or Manager II level. Workload varies--wish it was more predictable week to week instead of having a slow week & then working overtime the next. Wish leadership team was more transparent / open

Have made many positive changes over the past year for work life balance and flexibility. The new work from home policy is great

We work together, help each other out and share the workload as best we can. We are all very busy and barely keeping up with our workload, so try to help each other out instead of pushing work off to others. Everyone who has been at Loup for awhile is willing to help teach new employees

I was at UP before I came to Loup and prefer the Loup culture. Loup feels small enough that we are all one big family and work hard but also have fun. Loup seems to understand better than UPRR does that work is not everything and tries to support more fun, team building, and work life balance
