Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as an employee of Loup I am considered "less" than a UP counterpart. Loup can have a record setting year in revenue generated and UP not have a stellar year and my bonus and raise is reflected by UP results rather than Loup results.

We pay to much for health benefits. With consolidation of teams/job we took on extra responsibilities, however compensation was not considered.

Loup is the only department for UP that I have been a part of where the culture contributes to motivation, dedication, and ability to deliver exceptional customer services.
