Loup leadership has developed a Company Culture that has filtered down to the newest of employees. The culture makes the job and the people that drive the great results of Loup.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as an employee of Loup I am considered "less" than a UP counterpart. Loup can have a record setting year in revenue generated and UP not have a stellar year and my bonus and raise is reflected by UP results rather than Loup results.
