Company needs to accommodate to employees to make their lives easier. Work from home, free parking, discounted cafeteria food prices, clearer direction on bonus structure, are all things that could be better

So many things that are not in the control of Loup. Pretty much UPRR stuff ...Service, price, claims, CC&S , ramp issues etc

Service is subpar. Gate issues We fail all the time. It affects the customers baseload and if they will be on MCD or Aggregate pricing. We are forced to use Alinea and it is not remotely ready. We do not have reports or financials. We are operating blindly.

Loup should be an extension of UP - but it is not. We should be strategically aligned. We are just a customer to UP. We are given goals but not given the latitude to achieve them i.e. capacity and price. I would use accurate metrics, gates, and trains. When we win - UP wins.

Just the market currently. Customers are upset about levels of service from the railroad and our customer service reps slow response times. Sales then fields a lot of calls from customers who are angry. We can't really sell in very many areas right now either.
