Lots of out of office things to do with ERG's and other company initiatives that get Loup/ UP out into the community
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company needs to accommodate to employees to make their lives easier. Work from home, free parking, discounted cafeteria food prices, clearer direction on bonus structure, are all things that could be better
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's hard to know where you stand in some instances and what metrics are used to judge your performance. Would be nice to know the bonus structure. The health benefits seem to be getting worse each year.
