Managing through change -- While on the current project, we have had several leadership changes. For a company to be effective, it would be nice to have some stability for longer periods of time. Other than that, our team is cohesive and work well with others. That is the best part about my job.

Market valuation of roles feels off compared to other years. Curious to see how the company will handle 2021-2022 compensation given the drastic rate of inflation we're experiencing. Also, very strong job market with lots of companies recruiting at top dollar for resources. All factor into my view.

The raises are minimal, and barely cover inflation if at all. The last time I was promoted, it came with a 0% increase. This is tough, especially when there are very few times to get a decent increase in salary other than the annual COLA.

Raises have been minimal since I have joined Loup. Additionally, I was promoted up a level a few years back and received $0 in additional compensation even with the added job responsibilities. There are very little opportunities for income growth, and I missed out on one of those few chances.
