Their dedication and commitment to the work we're doing, and providing the best results for our company. Comeraderie, resiliency and community. On the toughest days, my team is what makes perserverance a priority.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Market valuation of roles feels off compared to other years. Curious to see how the company will handle 2021-2022 compensation given the drastic rate of inflation we're experiencing. Also, very strong job market with lots of companies recruiting at top dollar for resources. All factor into my view.
