Managing through change -- While on the current project, we have had several leadership changes. For a company to be effective, it would be nice to have some stability for longer periods of time. Other than that, our team is cohesive and work well with others. That is the best part about my job.

Like a family. Very personable and would do anything to help out.

Interaction with others. All moving toward a common goal, and accomplishing milestones along the way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
With the exception of the newer ones (I haven't interacted enough with them yet), all are very personable and easy to communicate with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are cohesive and almost like our own family unit. Everyone cares for each other and would drop everything if a team member needed assistance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The raises are minimal, and barely cover inflation if at all. The last time I was promoted, it came with a 0% increase. This is tough, especially when there are very few times to get a decent increase in salary other than the annual COLA.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raises have been minimal since I have joined Loup. Additionally, I was promoted up a level a few years back and received $0 in additional compensation even with the added job responsibilities. There are very little opportunities for income growth, and I missed out on one of those few chances.
