Raises and bonuses are very subjective depending on you relationship with your Manager as well as Upper Management. Loup is not aligned with what UP pays for the same level.

Similar positions on the UP side are paid /compensated higher than Loup. Loup is a subsidiary of UP so why would the same positions be compensated differently? Also, Loup positions appear to involve much more work and hours compared to the same positions on the UP side.
