I do find it a bit frustrating when people advise you to ask questions if i don't understand, and then they get frustrated with you when you ask the questions.

Carnegie Learning: Not much diversity in higher positions, not given opportunities to advance in the company. External hires are more common than internal promotions, except for a particular few.
CarShield: It could be cheaper. People need the coverage but also jobs are not as plentiful or not paying much. Be mindful of the community that needs this more than others!

Ushur, Inc: I had 4 interviews over zoom, and throughout the process, I was updated on what was happening. Even when I was told the position would be put on hold, I was still being updated. When I was about to move on I heard back from the hiring manager and accepted the contract position.

OpenAI: Lots of potential to grow along the company; smart people in charge, care about the long-term, don't make harsh decisions, and aren't following the typical playbook.
