Switching the tech stack to hybrid vs native is a step back and is pushing talent away. The transition to financial wellness failed.

i3 Verticals: Working with I3 verticals has been incredible! I've work on the payments side of the business for 5 years and love the culture within the company. They do the right thing when it comes to merchants as well as employees.
Ring: Allow customers to speak to a supervisor when asked. I was refused this option as a customer after asking repeatedly fir over 30 minutes.

Lack of recognition for those that are consistently doing a good job is also noticeable. I like it, however, I"m not sure I'm going to stay.

I also have the flexibilty to work from home and go into an office so work/life balance is nice which is important to me.
Eargo: Our equity awards are not worth anything. Something like a 401k match might make people feel more valued.
