Lionrock Recovery: Lionrock has been a pleasure to work for. I work with a highly skilled team of clinicians, and I have meaningful work that I look forward to most days. My biggest gripe is that we have an insufficient amount of PTO as this is, without a doubt, an emotionally draining position, at times.
Meow Wolf: There are unrealistic expectations about workplace due to relative inexperience of the staff, but it's one of the best places I've ever worked.
Alpha FX: Alpha's recruitment process is more that of a revolving door; low-compensated post-uni people are hired with barely any working experience.

Bonobos: I feel like Bonobos cares about me, and my employees. They are vocal when it comes to current issues, keep an open mindset, and offer a place for employees to discuss feelings and experiences. They care about their employees and go out of the way to prove that.
Apixio: I think Apixio has a great culture filled with employees that care deeply about what they are doing, embody the organization's core values, and strive to make a difference in healthcare.

FMI: The place is an empty shell. Leadership only cares about making money for the shareholders. The shareholders are entitled treated like they are very special, when they aren't. The lower workers are looked down on and barely get any recognition.

Incentive are good for producers, but they also need to understand that employees want the extra money in their paychecks with high inflation, not in the form of a gift card.

Lionrock Recovery: Lionrock has grown significantly since I was hired. It is fast-paced and absolutely challenging at times. I have a wonderful, capable team, but sometimes things with other departments don't go as well as I hope, but overall the vibe is great here. The only thing I would change is the healthcare.

Arizent: As with any company, it's had its share of changes, and has faced challenges during the pandemic. This can be stressful for those of us who may not be making the decisions that guide the company through it. Even so, at this point in time, the company has a sense of forward momentum and energy.

Olo: Olo has a great family first culture, and is also a genuinely remote culture. The product constantly iterates and provides a much needed service! Salaries on the customer success team (which has quite a large silo of teams that aren't really customer success) are lower than industry average.

PMG-Advertising Agency: 100% toxic, "always on" culture. Any candidate considering PMG should be very cautious. The company's CFO and Head of HR wants to roll out "productivity logs" and treat employees like hourly employees. The company likes to throw out "gift boxes" and "experiences" as a bandaid. Beware.

CompStak: One of the best companies I have had the experience working for in my professional career.
CompStak: Lots of reliance on the individual to figure out their role and figure out how to perform. Little structure in place and most work is accomplished internally by going person to person asking who is in charge of what and little ownership occurs. Leadership does not always seem aligned on direction.
CompStak: I really have no negative things to say. CompStak is a great company to work for. My only suggestion would be to somehow find a way for other team members to make more of an effort to get to know people not on their teams and make them feel more welcome and accepting because it's hard otherwise.
CompStak: Started about 2 months ago, overall experience was positive. People are open to change and the company has a lot of growth potential.
