MIDICA: Exhausting. Doing more becomes the new norm and you will never be rewarded. The ones doing less (rightfully so) aren't as bothered and can lay low because "that's how they are".
TechFabric: Good culture and great staff. Would like to see more focus on the strategies and goals of the organization. I feel sometimes we are too reactive to what the competitive landscape is doing. This is understandable seeing that we continue to grow and refine processes, strategies, and goals.

brightwheel: Was told 3 months of training its really only 1 month, and the trainers I had one really ran the show and was quick to go through everything, then when that one month was up we still got short training sessions that were goofy if you ask me. They are a start up and seem to be going through SDRs.
Pave: Working at Pave is a challenging but extremely rewarding. I've never felt more supported by adjacent teams or experienced a greater focus on career and skill development. We are constantly analyzing, training, and creating resources to help us uplevel.

CheckAlt: One of the worst companies to work for, CEO doesn't understand the hard work people put in day in day out. People get laid off without any sort of reason, months later we are short on staff, they hire again. One of worst companies out there, their "tech" is old and slow.Lock-box is a dying industry.

RG Barry Corporation: Basically like every other retail place. Everyone seems to be faking it till they make it/cliques/back stabbing. The management generally stays out of the fray. The turnover is extremely high here, too, but management doesn't seem to care.

Shopko Optical: Had my eyes checked after 15yrs. I was told I had Macular degeneration in my left eye. He upped my glasses from 75 to a 1.75 they didn't work so he rechecked and upped them to 2.75 those felt like they were pulling my eyes out of my sockets. Also told me I didn't have Macular degeneration. Not happy
