Benefits are awful, salaries are poor, and executive leadership have never been aligned in the entire 4 years I've worked here. I was hoping it would get better, but now is the time to jump this sinking ship.

They have a strong culture of supporting employees and empowering them to do their best work as well.

Socotra: I have been here for nearly a year, and everyday I am excited to go to work. The future is bright even though the stock market looks dismal. We are building software for a recession-proof industry, and this is a safe harbor for the upcoming storm in technology.

Curbio: Curbio is young and it moves fast. But, there is so much room for growth and, if you show talent or interest in something, you can explore that. They are huge proponents of internal promotions and seem to value those with good ideas and the ability to implement.

Skillz Inc.: The WORST PLACE IVE EVER WORKED! The CEO at Skillz is essentially running a new age Ponzi scheme. He sold 8,402,866 shares of SKLZ on 03/23/2021 at an average price of $23.34 a share. The total sale was $196.1 million. This was during the lockup period. The stock is now worth $1.78 per share.

Socotra: Entrusted with big projects after only a few months. Received clear direction and support from manager and leadership. Definitely no micromanaging, allowing for a relaxed and trusting atmosphere.
Purple Strategies: its culture and the way people
Upstart: I had one loan that was about$4k that I paid off eaxta each month, on time and eventually paid it off early. I am not sure if that is why I am not approved for a new loan 2 years later, but my credit is better now and so is my annual income. I'm pretty disappointed now and won't recommend them.

If you come from s body shop get ready to start dealing with a bunch of service files that most of the time don't have enough documentation to even start a estimate. Everyday you are being pushed to produce more and more. Work frm home = nightmare

Argyle: As a fully remote company, Argyle treats you like an adult - work from wherever, whenever. The work is often challenging but quite fulfilling, given the complexity and mission. The caliber of co-worker is very high, relative to other start-ups.
Wistia: their authenticity, creativity and kindness
Terminus: Love the transparency, flexibility and unlimited PTO. I wish we would prioritize keeping and educating current customers over rolling out constant software upgrades every few weeks. Wish promotions and pay increases weren't reserved for the "favorites".
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK: We have used two men and a truck for years and move after move but the quality of the move and customer service has gotten very bad. We have a good bit of damage and have been pushed around with getting repairs and cant even get a call back now.
honeycomb.io: Honeycomb is definitely having some growing pains. The review titled "Great execs, friendly coworkers, ineffective middle management" basically summarizes it. I would also add that eStaff is not always on the same page. Marketing has somewhat high churn and a lot of good people have been lost.
Round Table Pizza: Their customer service is horrible. They cancelled my order due to not having boxes to deliver .
Riverside Payments: Came in as an Executive Assistant worked diligently to master the role and oversee operations were I could improve and fix cost/process. Obtain new role and continue to grow!

EveryoneSocial: EveryoneSocial just laid off 20% of the company including recent hires. When they were actively recruiting many of us, they claimed many things that simply are not true to get us on board in a competitive market. Fast forward a couple of months and they dump us. No notice no severence. Classless.
