Sanguine: While I am still relatively new, I feel that my experience has been incredibly positive. I feel that I have grown, and been given the opportunity to show that I am an asset to the team.

Sanguine: It's an overall positive one. The environment is friendly, our need for a work/life balance is respected, what is expected of me is made clear, and if I ever have trouble meeting those expectations, I have the chance to discuss it without fearing for my job security

The only thing is that instead of using the camera for safety, security, and for extenuating circumstances that would require them to be reviewed, they use the cameras at work to spy on the employees to micromanage your activities

Upstart: For some odd reason you can only use one email address for each loan. When you re-apply you're asked to use a different address. It does not make any sense.

reddit: Well when I first got the job offer from Reddit I was not sure if I should accept the offer since I had an offer from Google too. Arcellx: Arcellx has many positives. People are smart and friendly. There is a lot of great science and we are developing promising therapeutics. However, the experience is marred by dividing the company unnecessarily into two sites which lacks cohesion and harms the culture. Leadership is too isolated.

Aamco Transmissions: Better warranty. After having transmission work done 3 years ago, the car is having additional transmission issues.

AccuLynx: It used to be a great place to work. But an "IN" crowd has formed and if you're not in it than good luck. Scheduled raises are non-existent. When and if you get a raise changes by year and their review notes are often just them trying to convince you you're lucky to still work there.
WeeCare: I have been at WeeCare since the early days and this is my favorite company to have worked for. The company is so mission-driven and everyone rallies behind making an impact. I'm very fortunate to be here.

Scipher Medicine: Overall I have had a positive experience at Scipher. There have been a number of employees leave- but in most cases (IMO) they were not a total loss- it is hard to be short employees especially with a small company but recruiting and retaining the right person is most important.
WeeCare: As a typical startup, it is always changing and that's something I like. The company challenges you to make yourself better for the company and your career. It's a culture of healthy feedback and everyone is hard-working.
