AUTOPAY: The worst experience of my life dealing with a loan company. Customer service is beyond terrible! No one gets back to you in a timely manner. You can't ever get through to anyone when you call. I felt ignored and like no one cared about my situation. I wouldn't ever recommend this company!
Biote: Biote has been an infusion of hope during a tough time. I feel like I am seen as a person and not a numerical asset. I am valued for my feedback and am challenged to produce. Lob: My team is very knowledgable and willing to share their time helping ensure that other cross-functional teams have what they need to move forward.
Lob: The marketing department at Lob is maturing into a great organization. Growing pains are inevitable for a company with a clear exit strategy and, though we feel them every day, the team's focus on the end goal is clear. Mature leadership is gaining alignment each and every day. Hop aboard!
GR0: Overall experience at the company has been great! There's a lot of room for growth in your career!
VANCO PAYMENT SOLUTIONS, INC.: I was "laid off" on the onset of the pandemic. This was really just a way for poor managers to get rid of the employees that challenged them in my opinion.

Lob: The culture is what makes Lob different. They are diverse but also celebrate that diversity. They are hiring more people with deeper and longer work experience to give some depth and longevity to those involved in the day to day. The long timers is still only someone who has been there 1-1.5yrs
