New Flyer: Overall a great place to work, management mismanages staffing often. While one person can be bombarded with too high of a workload to manage as several employees have nothing to do and complain about being bored. Mismanagement of manpower is an issue.

I fear the no OT pay and reduced perks will cause an exodus
