It has been a good experience and I was provided opportunities for growth and promotion to new positions. However, as a younger employee I would be lying if I said I would encourage other young workers to join here, they are simply too old school in their approaches.

The next wave of workers has 0 desire to work 5 days full time in an office, for not top of market pay
