I am not happy with my current compensation. It used to be good back in few years. I can easily get better compensation out side of Netscout but i dont want to switch because of leadership, collegues and work environment.

I have been in my role for several years and in my opinion, we are continually asked to take on more tasks and responsibilities, but we are not necessarily given the proper merit increase or cost of living increase that I have noticed is happening in our industry and other major industries.

Why undervalued? No raises, reduced RSU's, no Bonuses for quota-carrying Sales-Support positions, diminished commissions, mandatory 5-days in office, added work responsibilities. I'm considered an overachiever but make less than I did 5-yrs ago. Top that w/ the time/expense of communiting.

Openness is mandatory, negative employees (especially from Arbor) must fox themselves or shown the door, diversification of employees is mandatory, unexessary support to bad employees will surely make the good employees quit. PLM has to get their act right, negative Prodict Managers must leave.

My role isn't a normal 9 - 5. I often work extended hours to accomodate various time zones. It can be extremely stressful and has been a big challenge in light of the 5-day/week return to office mandate.

I support the field and don't work w/ anyone in my office. It's a waste of time, money & productivity going in every day. I support multiple timezones which adds to the complexity. I'm generally available from 7am to 7pm, and home life suffers drastically because of the commute.
