What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening and engaging directly with employees, asking them what they need and desire from what they work on and how they work, allowing them to be more actively involved at the more strategic level of what NETSCOUT does to experientially understand our business ( they'll engage in a deeper way ).

The RSU which provide for 4 years

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I am expected to simply deliver without fully understanding the business, without better understanding the business strategy and how it maps down to my level, all of which gives me the perception that the organization doesn't really want a knowledge worker, just a IC cog.

There are only a few toxic personalities on the team at the moment. Everyone on the team has their heart in the right place, and we're all passionate about what we do here at NETSCOUT. On our team ( maybe not across the entire NETSCOUT organization, not sure ), we're pretty flat ( = good ).

Finding allies within the organization and partnering up with them to support each other through our collaborative efforts to learn and lead to a better tomorrow. This is NOT supported or encouraged by management, but I believe the 'healthy friction' these activities might cause will benefit the org
